How does the leaderboard on this site work?

The leaderboard rewards steady practice and good mock scores. It is visible to signed-in users and shows your display name, not your email.

The three lists

Mini, sectional and custom tests do not count towards the mock lists. Only submitted tests are included.

How to read it

• Solver list: shows effort. A rolling 7-day window means anyone can climb it in a week.
• Mock lists: show best single scores. One lucky paper can place someone high, so compare your average, not just your best.
• Everyone on it is preparing on this site, which is a small group compared with everyone who applies for the real exam. A leaderboard rank does not predict your exam rank.

Privacy

According to the privacy page, the leaderboard shows your display name with your practice count and best mock score to other signed-in users. You can change your display name in your profile.

What counts as "solved"

Every answer you check in practice counts, including repeat attempts at the same question, and so does every answered question in a submitted mock. Skipped questions do not count.

Using it well

The solver list is the useful one for habits, because it rewards daily work rather than a single good day. The mock lists are better as a rough benchmark: if your best Prelims mock score sits well below the names around the middle of the list, compare your section-wise accuracy with what this guide suggests, and fix the weakest section first.
