To fill the form you need scanned images of your photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, a working email ID and mobile number, and your personal, category and education details. Certificates are checked later, at joining or document verification.
You do not upload certificates at the application stage. SBI admits candidates to the exams on the basis of the information in the online form and determines eligibility only at the time of joining. But you need the details from your documents to fill the form correctly.

Documents checked later
At document verification or joining you will need originals and copies of these certificates. Some have date rules in the 2026 notification:
- OBC certificate with the non-creamy layer clause issued between 1 April 2026 and the date of joining.
- EWS Income and Asset Certificate for financial year 2025-26, valid for 2026-27.
- PwBD certificate dated on or before the last date of registration.
- A discharge certificate from your employer if you work in a government office, PSU or nationalised bank.
For the exam day
Carry the call letter with your photo pasted, two extra copies of the same photo, and an original photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, voter card, bank passbook with attested photo, or college ID) with a self-attested photocopy.
