Who do I contact if I have a problem with my SBI Clerk application?

For problems with filling the form, paying the fee or receiving the call letter, the 2026 notification gives this helpdesk:

What the helpdesk can and cannot do

• Can help with: technical problems in registration, fee payment status, non-receipt of call letters, login issues.
• Cannot do: change your category, State/UT, name or other particulars after submission. The notification says no correspondence, phone or email will be entertained for such changes.
• Cannot do: change your exam centre, date or session.

Write a useful query

1. Include your registration number and date of birth (never your password).
2. State the problem in one or two lines.
3. For payment issues, add the transaction reference number, date and amount.
4. Attach a screenshot of the error if the portal allows it.

Before you call

Many problems are answered in the notification itself - eligibility dates, fee, photo sizes and the edit facility. Read the relevant section first. If the issue is technical, try a different browser, clear the cache, or use a computer instead of a phone before raising a query. Call during the stated hours on a bank working day, and keep your registration details in front of you so the call is short.

SBI's notification states that it does not endorse or authorise any external coaching platform, consultancy, individual or digital channel claiming to provide guaranteed selection, influence in recruitment or insider guidance.
